Growing up with two triplet sisters in Germany has shaped me profoundly. In early childhood, I took the role of leader and protector in my family. Sharing such a strong bond and deep connection with my sisters from conception has left me with the longing to share and connect with others on a deeper level as well.
I began my Yoga journey in January 2013, when a friend asked me to accompany her to a class. I fell in love with the way Yoga made me feel both physically and emotionally. It provided a sense of lightness, ease, and peace.
In January 2017, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the intention to deepen my practice and continue on the path of self-discovery. I quickly recognized during my training, that I love to share my passion for Yoga and guide people on their journey to the SELF, facilitating self-empowerment and healing.
In my teaching, I create a safe space for students to dive deep, peel back the layers, and uncover what may have been hidden. The mat is a place of self-discovery, self-reflection, and mindfulness. It is a place where we meet ourselves and connect with the heart.
I found my calling in teaching and began teaching Yoga in March 2017. I love teaching Vinyasa Flow classes that play with the dualities of strength and softness, effort and ease. I currently focus on creating online content so my friends and family around the world are able to practice with me. I have taught a variety of classes at a local studio prior to moving to California, and have led workshops internationally.
