Get yourself a journal specifically for this course. I linked my favorite notebook, but you can use any kind of notebook. Give yourself at least 15-30 minutes of undistracted time to complete your journal prompt. You can do this at any time during the day. If you have not journaled for a while (or ever) it might be difficult at first, or you might feel resistance. Do not force or overthink it. Simply sit down and start writing without editing. Let whatever comes up out and onto the page. In time, writing will become easier and a nice way to reflect and process what is going on in your life.

What would you do if you weren’t afraid of failure?
