Yoga Rehab is a self-guided online course with an integrative approach to healing.

It addresses the Physical-, Mental-, Energetic-, Emotional-, and Spiritual Body, using a variety of practical tools that I have used successfully over the course of the last 6 years to heal my anxiety, stress, and hyper-tension.

I believe in the complexity of the body, and the mind-body connection. By recognizing the interconnectedness of all of these elements, we can maximize the potential for healing by using a comprehensive approach.

My Role:

I will be your Mentor and Guide on this journey. I will provide you with all the materials to move through this self-guided course. You will have a daily schedule and structure that guides you on your unique healing journey. The structure of the course will establish new habits and routines, and guide you, so you don’t have to worry about what to “do” and can fully focus on your reflection and healing work. The course empowers you and provides you with the tools I have personally used to heal myself from anxiety, stress, and chronic tension. These tools have helped me break down my walls that guarded my heart and allowed me to return to my happy, loving, joyful self.
